Flagship Store is a first person mobile game, which means that you play the lead role. The story begins when you have just been hired at the prestigious Flagship Store, where everything revolves around the ultimate customer and brand experience. In 12 microgame episodes, each lasting approximately 20 minutes, you will be faced with professional but also personal challenges. Because you are continuously faced with dilemmas and have to make decisions, you determine the course and outcome of the training game. The combination of didactics and an exciting storyline provides an extra engaging learning experience – and knowledge remains better. With more than 30 different customer simulations, the theoretical knowledge gained is immediately trained on the shop floor.
“A super engaging game. The look and feel are fantastic. I wanted to come back to play more. Storytelling and simulations embed the didactics in a powerful way.” (Feedback from one of the jury members of the International Serious Play Awards, 2024)

ENGAGING STORYLINE

Despite the fact that the didactics are by far the most important (they are and remain training sessions), the overarching storyline and that of each episode is very important to keep players interested and eager. In this article you can read more about how we do that.

IN-GAME BRANDING

There are several ways to customize the game to match your branding, product categories, store layout and even corporate clothing. We are of course happy to explain the options to you. You can read more about it in this article.

PLUG & PLAY (IN YOUR LMS)

The Flagship Store training games are available in SCORM and xAPI format and therefore easy to use in your own Learning Managemnet System (LMS). This way they easily become part of your own learning programs and you also receive the correct reports.
